Dave Pointer is a questioning and confusing German Shorthair Pointer who sticks to his own personal philosophy. He is always seen wearing yellow outlined star shades and saying nothing more than "Save?" but after being giving a treat he made an exception to complimenting how good it was, soon thinking to change it up to "Say V?" thinking it was more hip. The resident of doggy heaven is even seen and interacted on the rainbow bridge before opening, resembling as the save option in the game. Its also known that Dave Pointer is a reference to Dave Strider of Homestuck.
